This podcast is something that I’ve been wanting to launch for so long. I wanted to create a podcast that not only focuses on overall health & consciousness, but also shares expert advice from young & inspiring individuals who are changing the world.

In episode 1, I am joined by Yovana Mendoza aka @rawvana. Yovana brings a vibrant and authentic voice to living a healthy, conscious, vegan lifestyle.
