Why people like to do job instead of doing business?

Stability.

A vast majority of people are not willing to take the risks of being an entrepreneur or they are not confident enough whether they have the necessary ideas, skill, or opportunity to do it. 

Being employed by someone else have a benefit of a relatively constant and consistent income that may increase over time and most people love that. Some people also feel more comfortable working on an environment where they are given instructions on what to do (or not do) which of course not the case when you are an entrepreneur where you are the one who needs to decide what to do for yourself and your employees (if you have them).

Being an entrepreneur entails huge risks. There's no way to be absolutely sure whether products or services you are going to provide will turn into profit. Starting a business also almost always requires a starting capital which needs to be put at risk and acquiring said capital may need involvement of investors if the entrepreneur don't already have it. Even after they have got a profitable business running there's no guarantee it will last for a lifetime. Unexpected things like shifting trends and tech disruptions may threaten to put an end to any business. 

Those being said, this is not to discourage anyone to start a business. With those huge risks for being an entrepreneur also come huge rewards from unlimited potential income, flexible work hours, being your own boss, etc. For people that don't like being bossed around or are aiming to distribute their ideas and innovations while getting huge incentives from those, entrepreneurship is the way where they will feel more fulfilled.
