最愛的粽子就是因爲有媽媽的味道!
兩種材料:冬菇 豬肉
怎麼吃都吃不膩!
吃不膩的另一個原因就是因為體積小!

The Chinese celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival, which is on the 5th of May according to the Chinese lunar calendar, and our mother made the Chinese Sticky Rice Dumplings, which we called Zongzi (粽子). Zongzi is the sticky rice with sweet or savory fillings wrapped in reed leaves. There are quite a lot of fillings that we can put, and since we likely savory fillings, and we end up using pork and mushroom.
The preparation is easy, but the wrapping skill is key, we have made 3 different styles with the same fillings, you can see that here:
