Tank painting work

Hello, this is my daily job, I as a supervisor, advise workers and give instructions to workers as the work being done is very dangerous and high risk.From installing the scaffolding to sanding the tank and painting to dismantling the scaffolding again, this is a very dangerous risk because you have to be complete with equipment such as a body hearing helmet.Shoe face mask and complete PPE.
