Hello, I will explain a little about my daily work, the work that I start from morning to finish is a very dangerous job for workers. Because this work is very risky for workers, from installing scaffolding to sanding and painting tanks.
So that's why I, as a worker supervisor, am very careful, because I'm afraid that workers will be unhealthy or lack enthusiasm when they work. So I will do it every morning Before work starts, I conduct a briefing so that workers know the risks of the work being carried out, from complete PPE to me taking blood pressure before the workers do it.Work.
