Student spaghetti: a broke but brilliant recipe
Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog and I hope to share love across to you all.
I'll be sharing with you all how I made spaghetti (broke student edition so don't judge me!) I came back from school and I decided to quickly make something because I was hungry.
INGREDIENTS USED
Spaghetti
Roasted fish
Maggi
Salt
Fresh pepper
Fresh tomatoes
Satchet tomato paste
Onions
Egg
PROCEDURE
I first of all perboiled my spaghetti and I washed and added the eggs to it so it will boil as well. I did this for 10-15 minutes on high heat.
After which I went ahead to dice my onions, pepper and tomatoes. I kept those aside and removed the bone from my roasted fish.
After 15 minutes, I drained the water from my spaghetti, removed the eggs and peeled them.
I was a little bit distracted by the eclipse that happened yesterday so I could not film the entire process. But after peeling my eggs, I put oil in the pot, fried some onions, put the tomatoes paste in it and fried it for a while.
Then I added my spices ( Maggi, salt) after which I put the fresh pepper and tomatoes with the roasted fish and allowed it to fry for a while as well.
I put little water and added my spaghetti into the pot and I stirred it and finally added my eggs to it.
I left the meal to cook for a minute or two and I turned off the gas.
This was the final result and I ate it with my friend. Trust that she enjoyed it as much as I did!
That's it guys! So anytime you want to cook quality meal on a budget you can make sure to try out this recipe.
