A super awesome dinner, "Creamy Tuna Macaroni and cheese. " Loved it. 👌

Hello everyone, I hope it goes well with everyone. It's been a rough two to three months. Some work issues. Well, it brought me closer to God though. I'll share the story on another day.

Today I'm sharing food again. I will share a nice recipe I made the other day. It's a pasta with tuna dish, vibrant and creamy but very delicious. Come have a look at what I made. Maybe you guys can try it out. 🫠

I love colors in my dishes, so I made the pasta with green peppers/red peppers, and yellow peppers. And of course mushrooms. Oh, don't forget onions as well. 😋

I chopped up all the ingredients and added them to the frying pan.

I have a packet of dried chillies, and my husband asked why we don't put 1 chili in. So I add 1 tablespoon of butter and the chili to the vegetables and fry them until soft.

When the vegetables were softened, I added cream and let them cook together for 5 minutes.

Now for the sauce, I used 1 packet of mushroom soup, added 250ml of milk, and stirred it for 1 minute. Then I added it to the pan, and I stirred it until it got thicker.

Next up, I took a can of tuna and added it to the dish, and cooked it for 5 minutes.

Now for the best part. Cheese, oh, yummy cheese, is always a winner with food. 👌😋😅I grated the cheese and put it aside to use later on.

I made some macaroni aside. This is always nice with pastas. I cooked the macaroni, and when it was cooked, I added it to an oven pan. And then I poured the tuna mixture over and mixed it well.

Now, for the cheese, I spread the grated cheese on top with some parsley.
Next, bake it in the oven until the cheese melts. And enjoy.👌🫠

The creamy tuna macaroni and cheese was very delicious even my son liked it. I'll write more often now. I'm glad about that. Well, guys, you must have a wonderful Sunday, and God bless you all. ♥️
