A hot curry and rice dinner it is...

Hello everyone, it's me again, tigermom. It's the beginning of a new week again. I hope everyone is doing well, is healthy, and is having a good start to this new week.

I'm from South Africa for the people that are new here and that don't know me.
I'm so happy about the previous post that I have so many upvotes. Thank you, guys; I really appreciate it.

Today, I'm going to share with you guys my tasty food: Curry and rice.
I made it with minced meat and just added some curry powder that I have in the kitchen.

I took a cup of rice and let it cook.

Curry must have an onion in that what makes the curry. I took one big onion and chopped it up.

I had some peppers left I chopped it up. Oh, I love the colors of the peppers. And I also like the taste of peppers. After I chopped up the peppers and onions, I added them to the pan with a little bit of oil to fry.

While the ingredients were frying, I added the spices. The spices I added were Salt, Curry powder, pepper, sugar, BBQ spice, and spice that my husband bought from work.

The vegetables were soft, and then I added the minced meat to the vegetables and let them cook for a while.

With a nice curry baked beans or any beans are the real thing for curry. I only had baked beans, so I added a can to the curry as well.

Now, all my food is done and ready to eat.

I hope that everyone will enjoy this lovely curry. I want to buy the real strong ingredients when I have money again. It's January, and it feels like two months until payday, haha.
