When we are confident and understand what's happening around us we are strong enough to stand alone. Our intelligence is understanding that when we don't know or understand something we can research it or ask for help but certainly not bluff our way through it. And, the key to bravery is being knowledgeable and confident enough to ask for help when needed. It's not a sign of weakness but demonstrates the power of our well-being.
