Chocolate Cake for your Valentine

A day late for valentines day but hey when you’re in love every day is valentines day yeah ? So head down to the kitchen and Whip up this super quick and absolutely delicious and decadent chocolate cake for you and your better half ❤️

Start of by cutting 4 circles of your brioche bread (you can use normal white bread too)

For Soaking:

• 2 Tbsp of milk + 1 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp instant coffee+ 2 Tbsp sugar + 3 Tbsp water (froth it up)

For the Ganache:

• 1/4 cup of melted chopped dark chocolate
• 1/2 cup of whipped cream
• Whisk it well and refrigerate until chilled
