CALLS ARE EXCLUSIVE!

This last week has been me riding on a rollercoaster of an emotion I didn’t know could seize my body.

Anyways, I went away, hopefully, this rollercoaster has been banned from my life. NEVER TO EXIST AGAIN!

I was going through my phone book last week and I realized I had 1000+ individuals on my contact list.
You could conjure the reaction on my face.
What the hell am I doing with that number of numbers; not like I run a Whatsapp TV.

Anyway, I was looking for a person, someone that isn’t blood or a friend to have a soul-to-soul conversation, a catch-up conversation.
I needed to talk to a random person that I once encountered in my life but we stopped talking because life stumbled our way.

While I was scrambling around my contact list I realized something; that calls have been de-glorified. It’s just about WhatsApp and Instagram.

Calls are deeply exclusive, when someone calls me in this recent times of thousands of friendship- relationship gurus, it makes me feel special and I know that a lot of individuals also feel seen when they are called.

So why the hell is there a trend on social media about people, not fancying calls?

As I was going through my phone book I started overthinking it.
What if this person gives me a dull energy?
Or continues to act shocked that I called them?
Or try to end the call abruptly?

I mean I know some people are not grounded enough to realize another person’s intention.

Calls are pure, special, different, unique, extra, original, and genuinely exclusive.

I’m in my call-up a random person era.
