There are different types of vacation in govt jobs of Bangladesh as like casual leave, medical leave, earned leave etc. Most of the people even the government employees don't know in details about the vacation types with the terms and conditions.

This is a training session in Bengali about this issue held in my institution. I have recorded it as if anyone may be benefited by the video.
