White soup
As simple as it is, it is so delicious and tasty. I stewed one onion, two carrots, one parsnip root, a few stalks of green celery, a few stalks of parsley, a little celery root, one pepper, two bay leaves, three diced potatoes, two tomatoes and a little veal (any meat will do, or you can use meatless). When it was stewed, I poured in about half a liter of hot water and left it to cook for another 15-20 minutes. Then I put one tablespoon of cornstarch in a liter of milk, mixed it well so that there were no lumps and added it to the soup. I added three bouillon cubes, a little salt and pepper, finely chopped garlic and chopped baby spinach at the end, cooked for just one minute and it was done. Delicious, delicious
