Stuffed bread
How I love to eat this bread. I knead the dough like for regular bread, roll it out with a rolling pin and fill it with whatever I have. I like it with vegetables, and today I filled it with minced meat, cheese and mushrooms. I roll the bread, make a few cuts and put it in a baking dish. I spread it with egg yolk and milk. And then I get so full that I have to go to bed right away
