My 36th Birthday Cabin

I spent time in nature with good friends for my 36th birthday over the weekend. We rented a cabin in one of my favorite neck of the woods.

We decorated the A frame cabin appropriately.

We went for a hike through the temperate forests of North Alabama during the day.

Several friends came to visit including the one and only @platosgroove. My dad drove over
900 miles from Miami, FL. to join the celebration.

The trail ended at the magic waterfall. It always does.

It was a wonderful birthday. This yellow and pink moth left his mark before we left.

Needless to say, I was stupid excited about the whole thing.
