Italian Pizza Night
When I can’t travel, I just pretend to be in Italy! 🤣 I actually visited north of Italy right before Covid 19 happened. And I want to go back so badly! Here’s the next what thing, Italian pizza in Norway.
I used a pizza stone in the oven, it makes a huge difference! Crispy crust for president!!
Pizza is my facorite dish. Period.
Parmesan, ‘Nduja (pork), fresh truffle salt that I bought in Italy, Mozarella and fresh Oregano from my garden! Lord have mercy!
