Back, Biceps, and Blessings
It’s been 18 days since my last post here, and wow, a lot can happen in 18 days, or in any short amount of time, really.
I wrote and passed my professional exams, and I’m now a Certified Business Analysis Professional.
I got promoted at work to Senior Associate.
I visited family after such a long time.
These might not seem like much, but I feel incredibly thankful. To every single person who has contributed to my growth, and ultimately to God, thank you.
I’ve also been seriously sleep-deprived lately, and it has significantly affected my performance at the gym. So much so that my left arm pretty much just gave out.
Last Thursday, a coworker stopped by and asked if we could work out together. We were already pretty late, and since it was my back-and-biceps day, with a little bit of legs too, I had to take him through a couple of compound lifts in 45 minutes.
Landmine rows are fantastic for your rhomboids, lats, traps, and rear delts. We then finished off with dumbbell curls and hammer curls.
All in all, a fairly successful day.
