Patch 0.17.5: Titles, Your Way

Give your title a glow, a gradient, a shimmer, then watch the showcase show it off.

Your worn title is no longer just text. Pick a color, layer on an effect like a soft glow, a gradient, a neon edge, or a foil shimmer, and it follows your name everywhere. The landing showcase got its own glow-up too, with eight distinct champions and a cleaner matchup frame.

Wear Your Title Your Way

Your worn title now has real style. Every title carries its own color, and on top of that you can pick an effect: a soft glow, a gradient, a neon edge, a foil shimmer, a chromatic split, plus animated options that gently sweep, shimmer, or pulse. A handful are yours from day one, and more unlock as you rack up achievements. Set it once in your cosmetics settings, watch it change live in the picker, and it rides your name everywhere it shows, on your profile, in the match feed, and across the showdown screen.

Eight Champions, No Repeats

The featured battles on the landing page used to lean on a handful of the same fighters. Now every showcase slot fields a distinct champion, so the front page shows off the real range of the roster instead of the same duel over and over. Each demo fighter carries its own identity too, a proper arena handle, an avatar, and a banner, so the battles read like real matches between real pilots.

Read the Matchup at a Glance

Every showcase battle now wears a meta box attached right to the replay frame. It shows the affinity and the ruleset in play as clean icons, and tapping a ruleset opens a popover that spells out exactly what it does. You can size up the matchup before the first move lands, no guessing at what the rules mean.

🐛 Fixed

A Frame That Sits Flush

Closed a gap that left the showcase league tabs floating above the replay frame. The tabs and the frame now sit flush, so the whole showcase reads as one clean panel.
