반찬
풋마늘 무침 세콤하고 마늘의 향이 느껴지는 독특한 맛이 일풍이다.
생들깨 잎이 갖은 양념이 발라서 맛이조고 향기도 좋아 밥 반찬으로 처고였다.
연의 뿌리를 먹게 되었다.
고등어를 잘 구워서 상에 올려 놓았는데 바삭바삭 잘 구워져 맛이 좋았다.
고흥에서 생산 파래 무침이다.
