닭죽
닭죽은 닭을 압력 밥솥에 익히면서 육수를 따로 남겨 놓았다가 통 녹두를 넣고 더 많이 푹 고아서 상에 올라왔다. 닭죽을 먹는데 정말 맛이 좋고 담백하여 맛있는 죽맛을 처음 느껴 볼 수 있었다. 닭 죽에 앞서 사실은 백숙도 맛있게 먹었는데 시골에도 사람들의 입맛에 맞게 음식을 잘하는 식당이 있어 행복다. 닭똥집이 들어간 닭죽을 내가 먹게 되었다.
맛있는 닭죽 먹고 저녁 식사를 마쳤마쳤는데 다음에도 다시 찾아 와서 먹어야 겠다.
