Caution: Phishing attacks with bit.ly links
The e-mail security experts warn of a current wave of phishing attacks using bit.ly links, pay attention and stay safe.
These attacks carry a high risk potential by the fact that the attackers have learned their lesson in recent weeks. While phishing attacks in recent months have mainly used unknown URL shredding services or machine-generated blog spot pages that could easily be recognized as malicious, bit.ly URLs are currently being used, which are often also found in legitimate e-mail communication.
For this reason, it is currently recommended to be especially vigilant with such links, especially in the crypto space.
