Do you know a drummer?

Of course you do; we are everywhere. Perhaps that is because rhythm is all around us. Maybe drummers emerge into society to translate rhythmic perception into sound. (?)

But even without a drummer causing a ruckus, rhythm can be appreciated in its natural form. A car alarm at the unreasonable o'clock(s) in the morning suddenly becomes something more. Instead of the shrill frustration of unwanted noise piercing the perfect silence of sleep, it becomes inspiration for the day ahead. Albeit out of context and still irritating, at least the creative side of your brain would be satisfied.
