Tropezar y continuar

Equivocarse es feo, y muchas veces inevitable.
Levantarse y continuar no es tan sencillo. Puede "doler", literalmente, o la mente puede arrojarnos continuamente recuerdos del "error" por si se nos había olvidado. Tiene una función, que no nos vuelva a suceder. Es su intento por protegernos y evitarnos malos ratos.
Sin embargo, solo corresponde decir "gracias mente, aunque puede que vuelve a suceder, porque soy humano" Y luego, amablemente, te permites continuar con lo que corresponde.

Making mistakes is unpleasant, and often unavoidable.
Picking yourself up and moving on isn’t that easy. It can literally “hurt,” or your mind may constantly dredge up memories of the “mistake” in case you’ve forgotten. It serves a purpose: to keep it from happening again. It’s your mind’s way of protecting you and sparing you from bad experiences.
However, all we can do is say, “Thank you, mind, though it may happen again, because I am human.” And then, kindly, you allow yourself to move on with what needs to be done.
