El duelo como un visitante callado pero doloroso.
Llega sin previo aviso, pareciera que "de la nada", pero la verdad es que aparece por todo, o por cualquier cosa, mejor dicho. Un recuerdo, una canción, un olor, una actividad. En mi caso, a veces siento que aparece en la nada, porque incluso en la nada había presencia y compañía que ahora mismo ya no está.
La experiencia del duelo es única, pero de que duele, duele.

Grief is like a silent but painful visitor.
It arrives unannounced, it seems that “out of nowhere”, but the truth is that it appears for everything, or rather for anything. A memory, a song, a smell, an activity. In my case, sometimes I feel that it appears in the nothingness, because even in the nothingness there was presence and company that right now is no longer there.
The experience of mourning is unique, but it hurts, it hurts.
