Cuando necesito despertarme y sentirme activa, pero también para relajarme y estar más tranquila.
En la mañana, tarde y noche, antes y después de las comidas.
En momentos de absoluta soledad, y también en los de repleta compañía.
Siempre el té, una taza de té, calentita.
