If your boss in an organization doesn't do justice to you, how do you deal with it?
It depends on what the situation is, in my mind. Most of the time, the employer should listen to the grievances of their employees and take action in a way that makes the employee feel they are being heard and respected. I have been on both sides of the situation as the employee and the employer so I understand that sometimes you cannot give an employee exactly what they want. If you feel that you have not been treated fairly have you said something to your manager about it? If the manager has not given you the satisfaction that you want you can take up the chain of command at the company or submit an anonymous complaint via the HR department. That's what has worked for me in the past on both sides of the fence.
