Coffee Or Not Coffee?

In my opinion, I feel like it kind of depends. Sleep is an important part of the post-workout recovery process and too much coffee disrupts our natural sleep patterns. But at the same time, some people don't have enough time in the day to be sleeping in and therefore, require coffee and other caffeine-infused beverages to get through the day and their workout. So, it's really all up to you and your schedule
