How to understand the Bible is by reading it and meditating on it. The Bible is the book which contains the words of God. It contains the history of how God related with His family, the Israelites. It tells us about the way God related with Abraham, our father of faith. The Bible makes us to know the commandments of God. We also learn about the doctrines of the church which Jesus Christ established. The Bible is the book of life. It shows us the way to God. We need to understand what is written in it so that we will be able to observe and do everything that is written in it.

The Bible is a compilation of the documents which the Holy Spirit inspired holy men of old to write. We need to listen to the Holy Spirit in order to understand the Bible. We cannot understand what is written in the Bible by our human reasoning. We need the Holy spirit to interpret the Bible to us.

We must also read and meditate on the word of God which is written in the Bible so that may be able to understand what is written in it. So, for us to understand the Bible, let us read it always and also meditate on it regularly.
