True courage

True courage lies not in the absence of fear, but in the ability to recognise and confront it. Fear is inherent to human beings, a primal emotion that warns us of danger and pushes us to survive. However, it is precisely the essence of fear that gives us the opportunity to transcend it. He who manages to look fear in the eye and act in spite of it is the truly courageous one. Courage does not mean having no fear, but having the strength to master it and move forward.
