Evening snacks-Samosa
Singara is one of the most popular and delicious snacks in our country. From breakfast in the morning to afternoon snacks or entertaining guests, Singara is highly appreciated.Although Singara is known in various countries of the subcontinent, it seems to be more appreciated in Bangladesh. No matter how small the shop or the expensive restaurant you go to, a cup of tea with a hot singara is a must.Garam Machamcha is a Bengali passion, as it is delicious to eat and looks very attractive with its oil.The sight of singara makes your mouth water. It is not only cheap but also very good to eat.Singara is made with flour, a kind of filling is put inside it, it can be potato or something else, and various types of spices are given here such as coriander leaves, dry chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and sometimes a mixture of butter and light as a filling, it is made and fried in hot oil.The biggest feature of singara is that it is hard on the outside and very soft on the inside. It tastes amazing when eaten with hot tea for breakfast, even on a rainy day.Singara has a special place in our social life because it plays a significant role in our office breaks or when we hang out with friends. It is served even when a new guest arrives at the house.Everyone, from the oldest to the youngest, loves to eat singara.Singara is more common in these three countries: Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. In some countries, it is made with potatoes, while in some countries, it is made with vegetables or liver meat, etc.It is easily available everywhere from villages to cities because it is in equal demand in both villages and cities. It is also a good value for money, very tasty and mouth-watering. People of all ages love to eat it and it is very attractive to look at. It makes your mouth water.Since it is an oily or fried food, it is better to eat it a little less, but these are Bengali emotions and you can never leave without eating them, so we will eat them but try to eat very little.
