The Mandatory Weekly Mushroom Haul
In this issue of the Mandatory Weekly Mushroom Haul, the forest have smiled upon us :)
From top right in counter clockwise order:
Tricholoma batschii - a bitter mushroom, can be eaten after soaked in water for 3 days, replacing the water every 24 hours.
Asparagus aphyllus - Wild Asparagus.
Tricholoma terreum - one of my favorite mushrooms, tastes like the forest's floor.
Suillus granulatus - a very common mushroom, grows around pine trees, tastes like them too :)
Lepista nuda - the most beautiful mushroom, its purple! tastes great too :)
Lactarius deliciosus - this pink-colored mushroom is in my top-3, its an amazing mushroom with great texture and taste, that can totally replace meat :)
Chroogomphus rutilus - found only 3 of those this time :)
I will continue posting my mushroom trips :)
