A story of solving complex problems and making a CRM machine operational.

A technical person's life is full of challenges and the joy of solving them. Yesterday I had such a great experience, which I cannot help but share with you. Yesterday I got a call to work on a CRM (Cash Recycling Machine) machine. When I went there and checked the machine, I saw that the inner pocket part was very dirty and tangled and a very complex mechanical problem had arisen there.

It was not possible to solve this problem by cleaning or tuning it in any ordinary way. So considering the situation, I decided to completely remove the entire pocket from the main machine. Removing the entire module separately and working on it was quite a sensitive and patient matter. Due to the internal structure of the machine and its complexity, it was quite difficult to work while maintaining the arrangement of the sensors and cables.

After removing the pocket, the real test began. Sitting on the floor, I had to carefully clean each and every part with a brush and a screwdriver and remove the mechanical jams. While working on each screw and part separately, the main challenge was to remove the dirt and set each mechanism back in its original place.

After about two hours of intense effort, patience and technical skills, I finally succeeded. After completely solving the complex problem of the pocket, when I fitted the module back into the machine, the CRM machine was perfectly up. When the machine was activated and everything showed normal on the screen, the amount of relief and satisfaction that was working in my mind is indescribable.

This joy of making a difficult task easy is basically what makes you forget all the fatigue of the work.
