New to Hive

Hello, I'm new to hive but was told by @benthomaswwd that this would be a great place to share my art work to loving communities as he has found nothing but support and care from the communities of hive. I'm a 23 year old full time mum with an amazing partner of nine years who supports me through everything I do. We have just had our first child and have finally become a family.
While being on maternity leave I have reignited my love for art and have been playing around with different media's, in particular acrylic painting. I love feedback as I'm always learning and I hope to make something of my art some day to help give my daughter an amazing future and a career I know I will enjoy.

This has been my most recent painting of my younger sister in a pop art style. I've absolutly loved this kind of style of art work and am looking foward to doing more images like this. I had seen other artists do this style and I only wanted to have a play with it but it has become my most favourite style and I am so happy with how this painting turned out. My sister is also fully in love with this painting and wants me to do tons more for her.
