Hello, beer lovers! 🍻

How's it going? I'm doing fine, I've been wandering around all week recording bands at concerts and festivals. I'll post some of it in the Music community.
Anyway, the intense heat in our area has stopped; in fact, it rained almost every day where I was.
I am disappointed with the beer offers I have received at these events. Mostly standard industrial lagers. If it were something extraordinary, I would post it today.

But for today's #beersaturday, the 419th in a row, I have two cans from the fridge, one Slovenian and one Croatian. I'll be happy to share the beer experience with you.

Saperlot Lager Boy Pale Lager

Brewed by Saperlot Brewery, Varaždin, Croatia.
Can, 0.33 l, alcohol 4.5% ABV, IBU 19. Pale lager, they say.

What do the Master Brewers say?

Lager Boy is well-suited for a lager-style beer. With its low alcohol content, low bitterness, slight sweetness, and subtle hoppy floral aromas, it is designed to appeal to the widest beer-loving audience.

A lesser-known brewery to me. Their beers have recently appeared in local shops.

The beer is a golden yellow, with a minimal head. It smells malty. A sip goes down smoothly, and in the mouth, I first taste some sweetness, which is balanced by hop bitterness and hints of caramel.
In the aftertaste, everything disappears.

Drinkable and tasty beer. Balanced malt sweetness and hop bitterness. It's a lager, but the bitterness that comes through seems more in the pale ale style, which is fine by me. The price is reasonable, €1.56, and I found it in my local Spar store. Suitable for a night out with friends!

GreenGold Do It Again! Pale Ale

Brewed by GreenGold Brewing, Šempeter v Savinjski dolini, Slovenia.
Can, 0.33 l, alcohol 5.1% ABV, IBU N/A. Pale ale.

What do the Master Brewers say?

Official beer of the rock band Elvis Jackson. When beer and rock'n'roll come together, something special is created. This pale ale is a fresh, light drink that smells of citrus, white flowers, and a little grass (the beer kind, of course). The golden colour and fluffy head give a classic introduction. Still, when you take that first sip, you're in for a real hop explosion - not too bitter, but just the right amount of assertiveness.

Well, that's a surprise. I know Elvis Jackson, I've seen them live many times.

The beer is a yellow color, with an average head that dissipates quickly. It smells of hops and flowers. A sip goes down the throat smoothly, and I taste hop bitterness and citrus on the palate.
The bitterness of the hops lingers in the aftertaste for quite some time.

A drinkable and refreshing beer. I have no particular comments. A solid pale ale that is suitable for a summer concert, but not an excess. Available in local Hofer and Spar stores, €1.99.

But, as I mentioned at the beginning, I've been wandering around festivals this week, so I'd be happy to have a beer like this.
