Starknet Airdrop Hunting
With the new year's start, I have decided to test some new chains and do some interactions with their running services to try to qualify for their potential airdrops. Last week I jumped into Solana and I still have to go over several services but today I decided to jump into Starknet.
Starknet is ZK-Rollup that uses STARKs to validate tx on Ethereum. SNARKs (used by zkSync and Polygon zkEVM) require a one-time trusted setup, potentially affecting decentralization, while ZK-STARKs use public randomness, eliminating this need and offering quantum resilience. STARKs are more scalable in speed and size than SNARKs, potentially being 10x faster. Starknet uses Cairo dev language (prevents lazy copy-paste forks from deploying).
