Just Married!
No, I'm not crazy enough to get married again, I keep happily married after 24 years. The title of the post is to celebrate I just came back from the doctor's appointment and he told me I can finally eat anything I want. No more post-surgery diet! As a way to celebrate it, I decided to have Paella-style rize for dinner tonight.
There are a few local companies offering gourmet cuisine at home paella style food, I've tried them all, but the only one that exceeds my expectations is Just Married, which I discovered some years ago.
They have a wide variety of traditional Paella rice and Fideua noodles.
Another of their dishes I recommend is their Fideuá noodles cooked in fish stock
They sell their products in local specialized gourmet food stores, but you can also find them i he Spanish version of Amazon. If you ever want to surprise some friends coming home for dinner, give it a try, they will love it!
