Getting ready to olive harvest season
Rainy day today, so I just got everything ready to start harvesting tomorrow. I cleaned the rotten fruit from the ground so we can easily lay the nets and the olives on them.
The trees are so full of olives, some branches have broken during last week storm.
I got the nets, they are 10x10 meters and the electric shaker. I will pick up a car battery later to hook the electric shaker.
It seems this year the ratio is about 7Kg per 1lt of oil, I am confident we wll get more than the 100ltr we got last year. We will see after the weekend.
