Made using Thriposha as the main ingredient—comprising mung bean flour, rice flour, and wheat flour—this snack is well known for its energy-boosting qualities and comforting taste. Especially when you want to prepare something healthy with minimal effort and easily available ingredients, it becomes an excellent option for both children and adults. Let’s take a look at how to prepare it.
