Ingredients...
Winged Beans 100g.
3 Tablespoon of Grated Coconut.
1 Onion.
1 Tomato.
1 Tablespoon of Maldives fish.
Salt as needed.
1 Teaspoon of Pepper powder.
Two green chilli pods.
The order of preparation.
Step 1:-
First, finely slice the tender winged beans. At the same time, finely chop the onion, green chilies, and tomato as well.
Step 2:-
Next, add the chopped onion, green chilies, tomato, Maldive fish, salt, and pepper powder to the sliced winged beans.
Step 3:-
Then Mix everything well to combine.
For those who don’t spend much time in the kitchen but still enjoy fresh flavors and nutritious food, this winged bean salad is a wonderful option.
