Insular Climate
A climatic regime experienced by island and costal areas, characterised by equable climates, with a low seasonal range of temperature, for example, ocean island,1°south in the west pacific,has an annual range of only 0.03°F and jaluit,in the Marshall island (6°North), of 0.8°F. Even in temperate latitudes, such INSULAR CLIMATES have relativaly small ranges.,for example, Scilly island, january 44°F, july 61°F (range17°F), and frost is almost unknown.
