Muffin tin meat loaves.

Hi. I’m pretty new to hive but I really love cooking, sharing recipes, and kitchen shortcuts.

I make small meat loaves in my jumbo muffin tin. They serve up very neatly for lunches and individual servings. More importantly, they cook in around half the time as a very large loaf in one big pan!

Maybe some of you have tried this. But if not, it works great.
