Hi my friends, lovers of fresh drinks all over the world, today I will make a very refreshing drink, especially since this drink is often served as takjil during the month of Ramadan, this drink is famous for being sweet, savory and creamy.

But this time I made my version without the sweet one because I don't like drinks that are too sweet.Because lately I've been reducing sugar.

So, if you want to reduce sugar or reduce sweet things, you can try making my version.

1000653507.jpg

First of all, what is needed is fresh avocados. It just so happens that there are lots of avocados at home. My husband brought home avocados from the cold city of Takengon. Takengon is famous for having lots of avocados there.

So, instead of leaving the avocado in the fridge, I tried to process it into my own version of a drink.

without adding sugar or sweetened condensed milk I only use Bear band milk or what is usually called healthy pure milk which is known to be very healthy for our bodies,

Apart from bear milk, I also added jelly without sugar. Previously I had cooked jelly without sugar, and don't forget I also added that this cheese is famous for having lots of fiber in it and can make us full for longer

The ingredients in it are very healthy and fresh in my opinion, so if you are curious about the recipe for a healthy version of the drink, in my opinion, just follow the recipe that I will share below.
