Cook tauco long beans in the dark
hello vegan friends, today I want to cook long beans, coincidentally the long beans are in my fridge,so I don't have to go out to buy vegetables anymore, It was already six o'clock in the afternoon and at that time my stomach was also very hungry. When I opened the food box, it turned out that there was no side dish at all for me to eat.
so I opened the fridge to see what was there, there happened to be long beans, yes, I just cooked long beans and it happened that today was a very heavy rain accompanied by lightning and also a very strong wind, so in addition to being too lazy to leave the house, I was also afraid of being struck by lightning
and you know when I was cooking and it turned out the light had gone out, maybe it was due to the heavy rain so today I had to cook in a dark kitchen I only used the center to get a little light,So please understand that my photo today is dark, the electricity is out, the clock is already showing 6 pm and it is also accompanied by rain and thunderstorms.
I don't even want to go out to buy food. I happen to be at home, just the two of me and my child, because my mother went to my sister's place. Maybe my mother is staying there.
because it was raining, my mother couldn't go home because my mother stayed at my sister's house
Well, from the investment, I ended up cooking long bean vegetables. The long beans that I cooked, I added tauco, it's called long beans tauco so the main ingredient is of course tauco, tauco itself is made from soybeans that have been rotten or fermented
Well, if you're curious about my long bean taucu recipe, just follow the step by step instructions that I will share here.
materials used
a bunch of long beans, half a tomato, 2 cloves of red onion, five cayenne pepper, seven green chilies, a tablespoon of tauco salt
manufacturing procedure
First
I cut the long beans into short pieces, chili, tomatoes, shallots and small cloves of garlic then I sauteed in hot oil
Second
I sauteed the onion, tomato and chili until completely wilted
Third
after the chili, onion and tomato are wilted I add the long beans and I add a little water so that the long beans are cooked oh yes I also don't forget to add a spoonful of tauco then I cook again until the long beans are cooked
Four
I cook the long beans until the water shrinks and the long beans are cooked, don't forget I also correct the taste so that if for example it tastes less salty I add a little salt
RESULTS
and this is the result of that year's long beans. I am ready and can enjoy with your family at home,
My long beans are very tasty and delicious, my son loves them very much.
My son ate these chickpeas twice and added rice and it happened to be dark inside so I ate the rice outside only, in my garden I also planted some pink and white paper flowers
and it's true that when I also enjoy rice with long beans I also want to add more rice but unfortunately I'm still on a diet so I don't add more rice
well if you have long beans at home you should try to make this tauco long beans I guarantee you will love it
Thank you 🙂🤗
