A favorite childhood food recipe ๐ง๐ง
Hello all Bloggers
Hi guys,,,, How are you all, I hope you are all doing well,,,, Today I will share with you one of my favorite delicious dishes in my new blog,,,In the previous video I shared a beautiful bhapa pitha recipe with you,,,, So today I am back with one of my favorite delicious dishes,,, Friends, you all must know this dish, it is a very simple dish, this dish can be made very easily,,,
This food is much better than making it in the oven. This chapari made from flour in a clay pot is very tasty and very delicious. I have eaten this food before but I don't like it that much. Today I came to my village house and with her I came to my grandmother's house to eat this pitha.
And also, the stuffing that my grandmother made today is,,, the stuffing made of garlic leaves,๐ง๐ถ๏ธ๐ถ๏ธ๐ถ๏ธ
After a long time, I have returned to my village home. The environment here is very beautiful. We cultivate two types of crops here. Now I have planted mustard. I have shared this with you in many videos before. Friends, it is time to harvest them now and the people of the village are busy with that work. Today, the environment of the village feels much better. I cannot forget the happy moments I spent with the environment since childhood. Today, when I come to the village, the environment feels the same as before. So, friends, let me tell you another thing. My grandfather's house is not very far from my grandmother's house. That is why I used to go to my grandmother's house most of the time when I was a child. I used to play a lot here and I used to return home a little before evening. Those days are still a memory.
The saddest thing is that now even if you want to, you can't come like before, and you don't spend those times when you come to Grandma's house, so today I decided from home that this time when I go to my village, I will visit Grandma's house and I really wanted to eat one of my favorite dishes, the old and delicious food that I used to love to eat with Grandma's hands, so this morning Grandma was coming to our house and I said that I will go to your house in the afternoon and before you go home, take some garlic leaves from the land where garlic is cultivated and stuff them with dried chilies and cook them in an earthen pot and in an earthen oven and make homemade pitha like this,,,๐ง๐ง
Nanu came home as I said and had prepared the filling in advance and we crossed the seven seas, meaning the river, to Nanu's house with my children and after arriving, Nana immediately made this pitha for us in this clay pot and I enjoyed it very much and ate it with fun. To be honest, I really like this food in our urban area. More specially, chutney made from flour is made and there are different types of filling items with it. However, this filling with garlic leaves and dried chilies is my favorite which I always miss. Although it may seem a little surprising, the food is very small but it is a very favorite food of mine. When I want to make it thick at home, I don't think like this. This pitha in such a clay pot is very beautiful and its taste is incomparable which always attracts me.
So my dear friends, I am very happy to share this recipe with you today. I hope you also read the article a lot. Later, I will share another beautiful recipe with you. With whom is my daily story? You all be well and with that, I hope you will also share your daily new videos with us. Best wishes to everyone,,,,,
