JOURNEY TO TAMAH VIEW // Recap of exciting and challenging family vacation moments
Good night to all my beloved hive friends ❤️
In this post, I would like to share an experience and memorable moments when I went on a vacation with my extended family to a popular natural tourist destination in North Sumatra called Tamah View.
A little information about this tourist destination: Tamah View is located in Telagah Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. The journey to this place is very exciting because we pass through many rural areas and can enjoy beautiful mountain scenery along the way. If I am not mistaken, the distance between this place and the city of Medan is around 64 kilometers, which is quite a long journey as well.
I made this trip with 30 people, all of whom were members of my family. The journey began in Aceh Tamiang at 4:00 am,we intentionally started very early because we did not want to spend too much time on the road and wanted to arrive at Pamah View early in the morning to make the most of our day.
To make the trip faster, we decided to take the toll road. We entered through the Brandan Toll Gate and exited at the Binjai Toll Gate, which helped us save a lot of time. However, while on the toll road, specifically near a rest area, we decided to take a short break to eat and rest.
I have forgotten the name of this rest area, but what I do remember is that it was very spacious and offered various public facilities such as restaurants, cafés, and many other amenities. When we arrived at this rest area, the time was already 6:30 am, and it was the perfect time to have breakfast first.
I'm sure everyone is hungry, but we as men will definitely give in to women, I let all my sisters take the food menu first. By the way, this food was prepared at home before the trip, this is not only about saving money, but also about tasting my family's special food which is very delicious and tasty.
We were not in a hurry on this trip, but we also did not waste time. After eating and resting, we immediately continued our journey.
From a distance, I saw a red bridge.from close range, I could clearly see its architectural details. If I’m not mistaken, this bridge has a truss bridge structure with striking red paint and a symmetrical geometric design. It turns out the bridge is called Sei Wampu Bridge.
It was a shame that not long after crossing this bridge, I immediately fell asleep in the car. Exactly at 8:30 in the morning, I was woken up by my brother who said that we had almost arrived at the Pamah View tourist destination.
I'm not saying that this is a mistake, but it's a shame that I couldn't see and capture the beautiful views along the way to Pamah view.
It turned out that to get to Pamah View, we had to take a road that turned right. At this intersection, we decided to stop for a moment to wait for one of my family cars that was still behind us.
It turned out that one of my family cars took the wrong road so they had to turn back again, we waited at this intersection for about 20 minutes and at this moment I also managed to capture the beauty of the natural mountain scenery offered by this place.
It is very rare for me to see residential areas around this area, but I can find that there are many different natural tourist destinations here, each of which has its own uniqueness and characteristics, but the vast expanse of nature and towering mountains are the main views here.
I absolutely love the natural atmosphere here. Everything feels so pristine, giving me a deep sense of peace. The scent of nature is also very distinct, even the sweet fragrance of wildflowers that seem to come from nowhere in particular.
After all my family had gathered at this intersection, we immediately continued our journey to the Pamah View natural tourist destination. This is the entrance gate, but I’m not sure how much the entrance ticket costs because my uncle is the one handling all the administration.
