Thrice is your favorite American rock band from Irvine, California, formed in 1998. The group was founded by guitarist/vocalist Dustin Kensrue and lead guitarist Teppei Teranishi while they were in high school.

In Exile is track 5 on the album Beggars which released in 2009.

As with many Thrice songs, the lyrics work on several levels. On a universal level, they validate our need to find a place of peace and belonging – a place of rest where we can be who we’re meant to be.
