Delicious Meat Loaf & Potatoes
To continue with what I made with the scallops in my previous post, I also made some meatloaf that I baked alongside some potatoes for the family! It didn't take too long to prep the food and cook it. I would say it was about 30-40 minutes in total to finish the entire meal. It was all worth it because the food was incredible. I guess you can say I outdid myself this time.
Here we have the fried scallops and the meatloaf with a bowl full of potatoes that have all finished cooking.
The meatloaf cooks inside the oven as it bakes alongside the small potatoes on a flat pan.
