Kiwi Lemonade

Experience a burst of tropical freshness with this easy-to-make Kiwi Lemonade. A delightful combination of tangy kiwis and zesty lemons, this drink is perfect for sunny days and will surely become your go-to summer beverage.

Ingredients

๐Ÿฅ 4 kiwis
๐Ÿ‹ 2 lemons
๐Ÿ’ง 4 cups of water
๐Ÿฌ 1 cup of sugar
๐Ÿ’ง Additional water (as needed)


Instructions

1- Prepare Ingredients:

  • Peel and chop the kiwis into small pieces.
  • Slice the lemons in half and squeeze the juice into a blender, removing any seeds.

2- Blend Mixture:

  • Add the chopped kiwis to the blender.
  • Pour in the 4 cups of water and add the sugar.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.

3- Strain:

  • Place a fine mesh strainer over a large pitcher and pour the blended mixture through to strain out the pulp.
  • Press down on the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Discard the pulp and any leftover solids.

4- Adjust & Chill:

  • Taste the strained lemonade and add more water if you prefer a lighter flavor.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
