Kaito: Crypto Meta

I have lost count on how many upcoming crypto projects get listed on Kaito a day, this meta is a very interesting one. Kaito is a platform projects use to reward people that helped tweet about their projects. While this is another form of crypto marketing, it’s not sustainable at all. Because, these projects get few minutes fame on Twitter, reward people that tweeted and then watch their project get useless because they didn’t reward true users, they rewarded marketers. What’s the point of marketing your product if you are going to neglect the users. Users get rewarded in crypto in the past, that helped project stay relevant for a very long time. But the current crypto meta reward is neglecting the users and rewarding the marketers.

Lots of users have complained, lots of projects have failed through this means, and it baffles me how new upcoming projects still follow the same new route. I honestly don’t know why, you would think that if the process is yielding negative results, other projects will stop and continue the old style, sadly it’s the opposite. More projects are going down the same path and failing woefully. I can’t wait to see where this new meta takes all of us to.
