Climbing the Silver II Ladder: Epic Pulls & Tactical Wins in Splinterlands!

Hello everyone, how have you been? I have been busy lately because of work. But I have found some free time to play my favourite game which is none other than Splinterlands. As you guys know that I have been trying to reach Silver, so I had to use multiple summoners to find my best summoner. For now, my greatest element is Fire and to be honest, it's been a good journey with this element. Even though I was not a big fan of it but now I can always think of this element before using any other. I can't wait to share my latest battle progress and reward pulls with you all.

Here is a breakdown of my daily rewards, battle setups, and how I managed to climb all the way to 1,440 rating!

This what I got from my previous spin even though I don't have the card but I've got the skin luckily.

Today, I had tried my luck again and sadly I have not got any cards or skin but I am happy that I have got some sparks which can help me to buy some cards instead.

After that I clicked to start my match.

First match

Mana 60
Ruleset: Brute Force (Units with the highest power attack strike first)
Elements: Fire, Earth, Death, Dragon (available)

My Team

60 Mana is a huge budget so I didn't have to worry about holding back on high-mana monsters. With the Brute Force ruleset active, turn order depended entirely on attack power rather than speed. I stacked my lineup with heavy hitters so my team could strike first and take control early.

How the Battle Went

It was smooth like butte because I had used death element and it turned out so good.

After winning the battle, I secured +40 Rating Points, which bumped my rating straight up to 1,340 in Silver II!

Then I played for a while and won 5 matches in a row, this is the line up for the last match.

Last Match

Mana 27
Ruleset: Broken Arrows (You cannot summon units with ranged attacks)
Elements: Fire, Dragon, Life (available)

My Team

With Ranged cards completely banned under Broken Arrows, I constructed a frontline-heavy Melee and Magic squad:

Summoner

Barthalamas (Level 1,all friendly units have +1 Speed)

1st Position – Frankarsgard (Level 1)

2nd Position – Chaos Furibringer (Level 1)

3rd Position – Spellmonger (Level 1)

4th Position – Ember Roast Sow (Level 1)

How the Battle Went

Since Broken Arrows stripped away all ranged options, my entire game plan relied on surviving the initial front-to-front clash while dealing constant, unblockable damage. I placed Frankarsgard in the first slot to soak up incoming melee hits, backed up by Chaos Furibringer and Ember Roast Sow.

As the battle began, both frontlines traded heavy blows. My backline cards were able to tear through ZORLEN's defenses. By positioning my team to absorb damage evenly while targeting key enemy team, my remaining squad broke through their final line of defense for a decisive victory.

Winning this match gave me +20 Rating Points, driving my total rating up to 1,440 in Silver II!

My Rewards

I have got these rewards for opening the chest rewards which is given for winning 5 matches.

Card Rewards: Lenore Nevermore (Epic Death Ranged), Port Guardian (Common Water Melee), and Black Widow (Epic Death Magic).

Pulling two Epic cards like Lenore Nevermore and Black Widow in one session gave me a huge morale boost before hitting the arena.

Looking Ahead

Moving from 1,300 up to 1,440 rating in Silver II feels like a huge accomplishment. Now that my card collection is getting stronger with pulls like Lenore Nevermore and Black Widow, my next target is to keep pushing toward Silver I.

Thank you all for taking the time to read my battle report! How are your seasonal pushes going? What is your favorite element to play when Ranged cards are banned? Let me know in the comments below!
